Goodbite Inc. provides a marketplace that connects users with third-party restaurants and vendors for ordering food and related goods. Goodbite Inc. acts as an intermediary and agent for vendors to facilitate orders and payments. Vendors are solely responsible for the preparation, quality, and delivery of goods.
4. Orders, Payments, and Fees
By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable prices, fees, taxes, and delivery charges disclosed at checkout. Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or other methods offered from time to time. All sales are final except as expressly stated.
5. SMS and Transactional Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional and authentication-related text messages from Goodbite Inc., including one-time passcodes used for account verification, login, and security purposes. These messages are sent only in response to user-initiated actions and are not marketing messages. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
6. Promotions and Credits
Goodbite Inc. may offer promotional credits, discounts, or referral incentives subject to additional terms. Promotions have no cash value and may expire or be revoked at Goodbite Inc.'s discretion.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Goodbite Inc. or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access, transmit spam, or engage in any activity that could harm Goodbite Inc., vendors, or other users.
9. Termination
Goodbite Inc. may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the Platform or its users.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Goodbite Inc. disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Goodbite Inc. is not liable for acts or omissions of vendors or delivery partners.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goodbite Inc. and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
